Job Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Design, implement, and operate enterprise-grade WAN, SD WAN, LAN, and WLAN solutions (Cisco, Aruba).
• Select and deploy network infrastructure tailored to business needs and objectives.
• Lead end-to-end network projects: solutioning, deployment, migration, and optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues; act as SME during incidents.
• Drive continuous network improvements through automation and best practices.
• Mentor and collaborate with global teams to align network solutions with organizational goals.

Job Skills & Requirements: -

Experience & Education

• 8+ years in enterprise network design and delivery.
• 5+ years working on global projects, team leadership preferred.
• Bachelor s in Engineering, CS, or IT.
• Must have CCNP; CCIE is a plus. AWS networking experience preferred.

Technical Expertise

• Expert in TCP/IP, routing & switching (BGP, OSPF, IPsec, QoS, GRE).
• Skilled in WLAN, LAN, SD-LAN, NGFW, wireless technologies.
• Strong background in DHCP, DNS, IPAM, proxy, WAF, CDN, DDOS platforms (Infoblox, Zscaler, etc.).
• Advantageous: Python scripting, cloud networking, virtualization/SaaS/IaaS knowledge.
• Familiar with monitoring tools and network automation.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication verbal, written, and presentation.
• High ownership mindset: confident, resilient, and results-driven in challenging environments.
