Senior Network Engineer

How you will provide meaningful contributions:

· Network Services Management:

o Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless networks

o Manage network security appliances and services, including Cisco and Meraki Firewalls and F5 LTM load balancers

o Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability, implementing necessary improvements or upgrades

o Develop and enforce network policies, procedures, and standards

· Security and Compliance:

o Ensure all IT infrastructure components comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

o Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement and maintain robust security controls

o Oversee the implementation of firewall policies and rules enterprise wide

Preferred Skills / Experience

· 7 + years of experience in IT Network Infrastructure management

· Minimum of 2 years comprehensive knowledge & technical experience of cloud systems (preferably AWS), deployment business systems, server technology, storage systems, information security and/or related data center technologies

· Proven hands-on experience with the following technologies and practices:

o Cisco Technologies: Routers, switches, firewalls, and network security solutions

o F5 LTM (Local Traffic Manager): Load balancing and traffic management

o Cisco and Meraki Firewalls: Next-generation firewall administration, including threat management and VPN configuration

o Data Center Facilities: Designing, implementing and operating

o Cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) environments: Designing, implementing and operating

o Previous experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticket tracking and documentation system

o Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

o Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy
