Senior Network Engineer

The Senior Network Engineer designs and troubleshoots high-level network infrastructures, triages complex issues, and contributes to team objectives creatively. This role ensures smooth operation of Alkami's growing network across cloud, corporate, and customer environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide network support for Alkami cloud, corporate, and customer environments
Work directly with customers on networking products and solutions
Manage assigned work via ticketing system, owning troubleshooting from start to resolution
Use tools like log analysis and packet captures for root cause analysis
Monitor infrastructure performance and plan upgrades, patching, and compliance tasks
Install and maintain firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers
Document processes, create network diagrams, and maintain knowledge base articles
Review IT maintenance tasks like backups and upgrades
Mentor junior engineers and provide on-call support per company policy
