Senior Network Engineer

ESSENTIAL

The Senior Network Engineer will diagnose, triage, resolve and document network-related support calls and questions from users or customers. They evaluate requests for new services, propose appropriate solutions and perform testing and turn-up of these services. They also ensure accuracy of service and network documentation, maintain network integrity and monitor network alarms, troubleshoot network issues, aid in restoration of network services and assist in root cause analysis events.

This position requires understanding and following standard procedures, escalating situations falling outside of these procedures to management. The Senior Network Engineer should have well-developed decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills, displaying the ability to provide solutions where they may not currently exist.
