2nd/3rd line network support role in the payments industry.

TNS has an excellent opportunity to join our skilled Global Network 2nd/3rd Line Operations team, requiring the application of your experience and expertise in a varied role. We’re looking for someone to bring their troubleshooting mind to our most complex technical challenges.

Primarily covering escalation support to TNS Financial markets, Payment markets and core network infrastructure support teams, the role will expose you to a wide range of platforms and technologies including Arista, Cisco & Juniper routing and switching in multiple large scale BGP and multicast networks.
