Senior Network Operations Center Engineer

• Demonstrates expertise in configuring and managing BGP, implementing route filtering, and maintaining IRR/RPKI, max-prefix limits, MD5 authentication, and BFD for reliable peering.
• Shows comprehensive understanding of Layer 1, 2, and 3 protocols and technologies, including VLAN configuration, trunking, LACP for link aggregation, LLDP for network discovery, ARP for address resolution, and MAC address management.
• Exhibits in-depth knowledge of Internet Exchanges (IXs), route servers, and various peering types, understanding their roles in facilitating efficient and scalable network interconnections.
• Demonstrates deep understanding and hands-on experience with configuring and troubleshooting Layer 1/2/3 protocols and technologies, including VLANs, trunking, link aggregation (LACP), spanning tree (STP), LLDP, and BGP in a data center environment.
