Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Design, plan, and drive large-scale WAN/SD WAN/LAN/WLAN projects end-to-end, translating architecture into execution steps.
• Lead and support engineering squads through all project phases: design, implementation, migration, go live, and maintenance.
• Select, deploy, and optimize network technologies (Cisco, Versa, Aruba+), ensuring they align with business goals.
• Act as SME during operational incidents lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and recovery.
• Engage with cross-functional, global stakeholders communicate design intent, status, and technical guidance clearly.

Job Skills & Requirements: -

Experience & Certifications

• 15+ years in enterprise network design/delivery; 5+ years in software-defined & cloud networking.
• Bachelor s/Diploma in Engineering/CS/IT.
• Mandatory: CCNP; Prefer: CCIE, Versa SD WAN Specialist.

Core Technical Proficiency

• Expert in WAN, SD WAN (Cisco & Versa), LAN, WLAN.
• Mastery of TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VxLAN, IPsec, QoS, GRE.
• Skilled in network virtualization, NFV, SASE, Umbrella, Versa Secure Access.
• Cloud networking know how: Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, multi cloud via Equinix/Megaport.
• Familiarity with DNS/DHCP/IPAM, WAF/CDN/DDOS (e.g. Infoblox, Zscaler, Akamai).

Tools & Automation

• Hands-on with monitoring and management tools like Spectrum, SevOne, ThousandEyes, CyberArk, MS Entra.
• Scripting in Python a plus.

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Proven leader in global projects, capable of managing large, distributed teams.
• Excellent strategic thinking, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong ownership mindset, thrives under pressure, proactive in delivering results.
