Senior Network Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project deployment and implementation for Cyber IT solutions.
• Lead project technical requirements gathering and discussions.
• Perform the role of Technical Lead for engineers.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and work closely with Project Manager to fulfil project deliverables.
• Documentation skills include creating and updating detailed solution design, installation and maintenance documents.
• Develop test cases and conduct proof of concept tests on new software and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
• Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper network planning and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in deploying large-scale enterprise and data center solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Network Security Engineer or Senior Network Security Lead.
• Preferably with good knowledge and hands‑on SI experience in the following areas:
• Design, planning, integration, implementation and validation.
• System integration and implementation project lifecycle.
• Troubleshooting and problem identification.
• Support of applications and IT infrastructures.
• Proficient in Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint, F5, Solarwinds or equivalent technologies.
• Fast‑paced environment
• Highly self‑motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Able to work flexible hours especially after‑office hours, if needed.
