  • The Senior Nexthink Engineer is responsible for promoting, configuring, and optimizing the Nexthink platform to improve enterprise observability, automation, compliance, and overall employee digital experience.
  • This role collaborates with IT and business teams to translate endpoint telemetry into actionable insights and automated remediation.

  • Promote Nexthink capabilities, best practices, and adoption across IT teams.
  • Manage platform configuration, governance, and onboarding of new Nexthink features.
  • Support enterprise initiatives through reliable setup, maintenance, and technical enablement.
  • Design and deliver Nexthink-based use cases to improve observability, compliance, automation, and digital experience outcomes.
