Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

  • Call Center experience in NICE InContact with Studio Scripting (Omni-channel scripting)

  • Subject Matter Expert on NICE Personal Contact Dialer, NICE IEX, NICE Quality Management, and LiveVox dialer Smart Reach with scripting

  • Strong knowledge of API Gateway, Elastic Stack (ELK), and Snowflake integration

  • Solid understanding of AWS Kafka

  • Proficient in Salesforce call center components including SSO configuration, SailPo...
