Job Description

Our client is looking for a customer-focused, and process-driven Senior NOC Engineer to strengthen the Customer Service team in their Buenos Aires Office. In this role, you are required to provide high-level assistance and support to the Direct and Hyper Care Costumers across the globe. 
 The professional main responsibilities will be: 
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Report incidents to the company's local supplier and follow up on actions to solve incidents.
  • Prepare action plans for the incident resolution and communicates properly to our customer.
  • Take ownership of troubleshooting for on-going incidents.
  • Administrate the process of technical support accurately and share findings with colleagues.
  • Participate in project teams as necessary to support the business.
