Job Description

Jointly review NOC drawings with the Technical Team / Consultant, submit NOC documents to the statutory Authorities, follow up, obtain final CNOCs, maintain NOC log and update on a daily basis.

Minimum 10-15 years in RTA Infrastructure projects.

Construction of Bridges, Deep Utilities, Wet & Dry and Road Works.

Skills

  • Strong experience in reviewing NOC drawings with the Technical Team/Consultant.
  • Ability to submit NOC documents to statutory Authorities and follow up on the process.
  • Proficient in obtaining final CNOCs (Conditional NOCs).
  • Excellent organization skills to maintain a NOC log and update it on a daily basis.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) Infrastructure projects.
  • Expertise in overseeing construction projects involving Bridges, Deep Utilities, Wet & Dry works, and Road Works.
