Senior NPI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced engineer to lead validation and qualification activities related to cost-down projects across multiple types of components and assemblies. You will evaluate alternative suppliers, test prototype parts, analyze deviations against golden units, and develop application-level tests using our ATE platforms. You should be hands-on, curious, and driven to ensure quality and performance in every product we ship.

Here’s where you come in:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including NPI, R&D, Production and Quality to evaluate alternative vendor sources and ensure they meet our electrical and functional expectations.


• Defining test coverage, overseeing prototype evaluation, driving failure analysis, and strengthening our qualification process.
