Your new role:
- Carrying out initial appointments with new families.
- Carrying out fun and creative therapy sessions in our fun clinic spaces and in the community.
- Liaising with schools, families and other stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach for the children we support.
- Reviewing therapy journey’s and ensuring that the next steps are in place for the children who either outgrow AIM Therapy or meet their goals.
