Senior Odoo Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python and XML.
• Enhance existing Odoo applications and ensure integration with external systems.
• Collaborate with Odoo implementors and functional consultants to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop APIs and web services for system integration and data exchange.
• Optimize the performance of Odoo applications and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide technical support, bug fixes, and continuous system improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python and the Odoo framework.
• Experience in PostgreSQL database design and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in Odoo front-end technologies (JavaScript, XML, QWeb, HTML, CSS).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and system integration.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and mentor junior developers.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
