Senior Odoo Developer

Overview

We are hiring aSenior Odoo Developer to lead technical design and delivery for anOdoo Enterprise v19 environment, with strong understanding of upgrade-safe customisation fromv18 → v19 . You will own the fullSDLC for bespoke modules and integrations, focusing onManufacturing (MRP) ,Inventory/WMS , andAccounting/Finance .

This role requires a structured engineer who prioritisestechnical design, documentation, and maintainability .

Key responsibilities

• Convert business requirements into clearTechnical Design Documents (TDDs) with acceptance criteria and implementation approach.
• Design data models/ERDs aligned to Odoo core patterns, multi-company, security, and performance best practices.
