Overview

We are looking for a seasoned researcher capable of improving our security posture by working closely with engineering, dev‑ops, and threat‑intelligence teams. A crypto trading exchange is a rare security environment, facing nation‑state APTs, everyday attackers, and the need for extreme uptime, low latency, and absolute accuracy. Key Responsibilities

• Manage our bug bounty program, reviewing reports, engaging with researchers and cooperating with software engineering to fix bugs.
• Review outcomes of external waxaana පෙ penetration tests, replicate issues, and work with engineering to fix findings.
• Conduct internal penetration tests on our software and infrastructure stack.
• Lead red and purple team exercises to test monitoring and response.
• Perform security research and threat intelligence and collaborate with security response teams.
• Conduct application security and code reviews, and provide internal training to engineers.
• Participate in incidents to help triage and investigate issues.

Qualifications

• 5 отсутствие Years in Information Security.
• Proven expertise in offensive security (certifications, recognition, or references).
• Strong communication skills and work ethic; actively contribute to company and become ‘known’.
• Less experienced candidates may be considered for an Offensive Security Engineer position.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes, Istio, Envoy, and AWS cloud platform.
• Experience with GitHub CI/CD/Actions and/or ArgoCD.
• Experience with derivatives and cryptocurrency.
• Development expertise in Go.
