Responsibilities
-Manage and execute all aspects of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and credit card reconciliations.
-Process payroll accurately and on time, including source deductions, tax filings, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
-Prepare and post journal entries, perform year-end preparation, and assist with financial reporting and analysis.
-Create, administer, and monitor budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
-Submit RRSP deductions and other required remittances.
-Utilize QuickBooks for all accounting functions and RBC Express for payment processing.
