Job Description
**Responsibilities**
You will:
+ Take full ownership of your shift, managing safety, productivity, quality, equipment, systems, and manpower allocation.
+ Ensure daily production targets are achieved in alignment with the manufacturing plan.
+ Report shift performance and updates to the Auditor/Area Specialist.
+ Uphold high standards of housekeeping and shop floor discipline.
+ Participate in scrap review meetings with Specialists, Auditors, and team members.
+ Conduct Layered Process Audits to ensure adherence to operational standards.
+ Ensure all daily activities are environmentally responsible and compliant.
+ Control environmental spillage, minimize waste, and promote recycling and reuse practices.
+ Prevent leakages, solid waste generation, noise, odor, fumes, and excessive water consumption to protect resources and reduce pollution.
+ Follow Operational Control Procedures (OCPs) and spillage control protocols on the shop floor.
+ Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all work areas.
**Qualifications**
You bring:
+ A diploma or degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
+ 5+ years of experience in shift supervision or shop floor operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
+ Strong understanding of production systems, safety protocols, and quality standards.
+ Familiarity with environmental compliance and sustainability practices.
+ Knowledge of audit procedures and continuous improvement methodologies.
