Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong background in operations and support , with the ability to lead one of our Solution Operations Teams while also performing hands-on operational tasks. Strong technical skills, including DevOps, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and scripting, are highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in operations, support, and technical problem-solving.

Education and Experience

  • Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in operations, IT support, or a similar role; proven experience in leading operational teams is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, Python, and CI/CD tools.
