Senior Operations Associate, Wire Authentication Services - Essential OnsiteAs a Senior Operations Associate in Enterprise Payment Operations you will oversee and lead a team that executes activities in a fast-paced, multi-function, multi-team operation tasked with delivering an exceptional end-to-end payments experience for our customers. Wire Authentication Services (WAS) is responsible for wire initiation and approval on behalf of our customers and internal lines of business.
Summary of Responsibilities
Responsible for leadership activities amongst their site for 6-8 associates
Actively develop, manage and coach direct reports on a daily basis
Works with horizontal partner groups to drive process change and problem solve complex issues
