Senior Operations Engineer

ZineIQ works with the Government across the globe contributing to their Digital Future.

You will be part of the Operations Team and will be working on handling the operations, reporting to the Operations Lead.

What you will be working on:

· Work closely with the engineering and product teams, especially with respect to operations process refining, vendor management, and internal stakeholder management.

· Lead the team in re-creation, analysis, troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolving incidents while ensuring everyone are actively working towards established SLA.

· Liaise with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve major incidents.

· Execute scheduled or unscheduled tasks relating to operational maintenance and monitoring of Prod / Staging environments.
