Senior Operations Manager

About the Job:

• We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of business operations management and at least 5 years of experience running the operations of an ABA, Speech, and Occupational Therapy company.


• In this key leadership role, you will work closely with the CEO to oversee daily operations, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure the highest level of service delivery.
• You will have direct responsibility for managing scheduling, office operations, insurance processes, regulatory compliance, billing, and clinical staff.
• As the right hand of the CEO, you will provide guidance, make impactful decisions, and drive operational efficiency across all aspects of the business.
