Responsibilities

  • Oversee construction planning and execution efforts.
  • Conduct market research and facilitate design review and build planning meetings.
  • Ensures all relevant SLAs are met with respect to project delivery and customer escalations/queries
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.
  • Review contractor performance for conformance to contract and authorize invoices for payment.
  • Manage workflow, oversee the completion of activities and communicate progress to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects are completed within the stipulated time
  • Ensure all projects are handed over with highest quality as stipulated in SOP
  • Ensures all work project management related SOPs are strictly adhered to
  • Ensures all project management resources are well trained to handle their respective responsibilities.
