The Sr Ops Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role will be managing team performance, optimizing processes, staffing, setting department goals, and ensuring that service levels and client expectations consistently met. You will be collaborating with the clients and internal teams to implement solutions and enhancement for operational success and provide regular reports to the leaders.
