A growing Lloyd's insurer is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to support the Group COO in driving operational excellence, scalable outsourced solutions, and high-quality data across the business.This role leads outsourced operational delivery across bordereaux, policy administration data, and data quality, ensuring trusted, well-governed data that powers underwriting, finance, and regulatory reporting. You'll drive efficiency, automation, and consistent data standards across UK and US platforms, while providing hands-on leadership to a small operations team.Key responsibilities:
