What you need

  • Must have at least 3 years SOM experience
  • Have handled at least 150 FTEs
  • Should have Collections Account experience
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Bridgetowne. Dayshift Account.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Collections (B2C or B2B)
  • Strong ability to plan and execute collection strategies
  • Hands-on in performance management, not just reporting
  • Coaching and performance calibration
  • Comfortable working closely with Operations, QA, Dialer, and WFM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve penetration and saturation
  • Ensure full account coverage and optimal contact frequency
  • Monitor performance trends and take corrective actions
