Job Description
The USTS NOC team works with various internal teams to assist with Deployment procedures; deploying code and configuration changes. The NOC team also provides Tier-1 support for the various mission critical applications and services. In the near future, the NOC team will also be taking over monitoring aspects of various systems and services from other USTS teams as well.
In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, among other things, at this time, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time. Responsibilities:
