We are looking for a Senior Operations & Systems Manager to join our Operations & Delivery team. This role is for experienced operators who build and own scalable operational systems, delivery workflows, and automation within a custom software environment.

You will play a key role in shaping how projects are executed, how teams operate, and how systems scale as the organization grows.

• Own and design end-to-end operational systems across delivery, projects, and internal teams
• Build scalable workflows for project execution, handovers, reporting, and quality control
• Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes to improve speed, clarity, and efficiency
• Implement and oversee automation using AI-driven tools and platforms such as n8n or similar
• Act as a bridge between leadership, delivery teams, and operational functions
• Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery across multiple projects and teams
• Continuously improve visibility, accountability, and execution standards

• Proven experience in senior operations, systems, or delivery management roles
• 6+ years of experience in IT services, custom software development, or a related environment
• Strong understanding of operational frameworks and project delivery models
• Hands-on experience with automation, AI tools, and workflow systems
• Familiarity with tools such as n8n, ClickUp, Jira, Notion, or similar platforms
• Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment
