• Supervise the operations team, setting performance standards, KPIs, and development goals
• Plan and optimize voyages

• Coordinate with chartering, technical, crewing, commercial, and finance teams to support operational objectives
• Oversee post-fixture processes such as laytime, demurrage/dispatch, and hire/freight accounts
