Senior Operator, Logging Services

Job Purpose

The Senior Wireline Logging Operator (Crew Chief) leads and executes cased-hole and open-hole wireline services, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and data quality across onshore/offshore operations. Scope includes:

• Pressure Control Operations (10k/15k): rig‑up, test, and operate wireline PCE strings (lubricators, wireline valves, tool traps, grease heads/pack‑offs) and verify barrier integrity before, during, and after jobs.
• Pipe‑Conveyed Logging (PCL): plan and run drillpipe‑conveyed logging with side‑entry subs, tension monitoring, ID clearances, and special conveyance contingencies for high‑angle/horizontal wells.
• Pump‑Down Perforating: coordinate with frac/pump crews; manage addressable gun systems, selective firing, and radio protocol; control line tension/speed; and execute multi‑stage plug‑and‑perf safely.
