Job Description: We are ready to take this game to the next level and need someone passionate to support Customer Care’s transformation agenda by supporting the execution of high-impact optimization initiatives across Customer Care operations. Working alongside the Senior Optimization Manager and reporting to the Director of Optimization, the Senior Optimization Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting strategies that streamline operations and strengthen the end-to-end customer experience. This role leverages data-driven insights, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes.
