Job Description
The role includes but is not limited to:
Receipt and initial review of contract file, liaising with Project Manager, Estimating/Commercial and Procurement Teams. Support in the review of the contract file with the 3rd Party Supplier and Procurement, ensuring that the client requirements are understood by all parties and can be met technically and commercially. Advise any technical/commercial issues to the Project Manager. Participate in design reviews with specific responsibility for the technical execution of the 3rd Party Packages. Ensure 3rd party and client documentation, both incoming and outgoing, is issued as required, on time and within allocated time allowed for within the purchase order. Perform thorough checking of all produced information, both incoming and outgoing, prior to issue.
