Senior Packaging Engineering Scientist
The duties and responsibilities of the Senior Packaging Engineering Scientist will include:
Support new product development and product improvement from concept through commercialization, with a primary focus on packaging specifications, packaging equipment, and related processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and commercialize innovative packaging concepts, taking into account quality, shelf-life, sustainability, regulatory compliance, cost, product protection, and overall consumer experience. Assist with packaging material testing and application analysis by working closely with headquarters and suppliers. Stay current on sustainability trends, packaging machinery, equipment advancements, and regulatory updates, partnering with the regulatory team as needed.
