Senior Packing Operator
Location: Dunstable / Luton Area
Salary: £14.53 - £16.42 per hour + Overtime + Benefits
Hours: Rotating Shifts (Monday – Friday)
06:00 – 14:00
13:45 – 23:45Siamo Recruitment are working with a well-established, family run multinational business. We are seeking an experienced Packing Senior Operator to join their production team.
This is a hands-on leadership role, best suited to someone who is proactive, well organised and confident in leading small teams within a food production environment. You will support the day-to-day running of the packing department, maintain high quality and safety standards while ensuring production targets are met.
