Senior Paid Social Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

A leading international media agency is expanding its Paid Social Performance team and is looking for experienced Senior Paid Social Managers to support its growing portfolio of national and international clients.

⚠️ Important: This is a hands-on paid social performance role.
It is not a content creation, influencer, or community management position.

Your responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, optimize and scale paid social campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Work daily in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest Ads Managers

  • Monitor and improve performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and conversion rates

  • Develop data-driven optimization strategies to continuously improve results

  • Collaborate closely with Client Service and Campaign Management teams

  • Prepare performance reports, insights and recommendations

  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends and new paid social features

Your profile

Must-have

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on paid social performance experience

  • Strong practical experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest Ads Managers

  • Solid understanding of performance marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, conversions)

  • Professional working proficiency in German

  • Professional working proficiency in English

  • Willingness to work hybrid (~50% on-site)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with additional paid social platforms or ad tech tools

What we offer

  • Compensation

    ▪ Base Salary Range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross p.a.

    ▪ Variable/Bonus: ~€2,000 – €3,000 gross p.a. (dependent on company goal achievement; paid in addition to base)
    Permanent employment contract

  • Hybrid working model (up to 50% home office)
