Supervisory position with 4-6 engineers, responsible for process implementation, tooling and equipment balancing for manufacturing.
**Section II**: Experience and Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of engineering experience.
**Section III**: Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications
Bilingual (80% English and Spanish), both spoken and written.
**Lean Manufacturing**: material flow, Kanban, 7 wastes, FMEA, DFM, SMED, problem-solving, 5S.
3D modeling software (Catia a plus).
Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
Welding knowledge (TIG/MIG a plus).
Knowledge of GD&T.
SAP.
