Senior Patent Analyst

Elevate is recruiting for Senior Patent Analyst role for Patent Searching and Analysis Team. The candidate must possess strong exposure in Litigation domain. An individual working as a senior patent analyst is expected to have a thorough technical understanding since their work would be presented to Chief IP Counsels, Patent Attorneys, Inventors, Patent Engineers, etc. The candidate should have good command over English language, since the candidate is expected to be able to handle projects end to end independently.
Key Responsibility area for Senior Patent Analyst IP Operations:
• Patent Searching
i. Invalidation Searches to support defendants in infringement lawsuits.
ii. Freedom-to-Operate Searches to help companies launch new products/services.
iii. Patentability Searches to assist companies file new patents.
