Job Description

**What you will do**



+ Manage and process payroll for a large employee population, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with laws and company policies.

+ Execute and oversee weekly and semi-monthly payroll processing, including data validation, audits, error correction, and payroll distribution.

+ Review, analyze, and reconcile payroll data related to taxes, garnishments, and multi-state regulatory requirements.

+ Research and apply payroll tax laws and withholding regulations to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance.

+ Partner with HR and Finance teams on payroll preparation, audits, reconciliations, and general ledger accuracy.

+ Independently resolve complex or escalated payroll inquiries and support employees and managers through established service channels.

+ Support payroll-related projects, integrations (including mergers and acquisitions), and international assignment payroll activities.
