About Our Client
Our client is sourcing a Senior Payroll Administrator for a 14-month contract.
About the Opportunity
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees ensuring all checks and balances are completed
- Review deductions to ensure accuracy and remittances are made as scheduled
- Calculate overtime and General Holiday pay
- Audit system time entries and timecard corrections for accuracy before posting
- Compile payroll data such as garnishments, benefits, vacation time, sick pay, insurance, and other deductions
- Assist with year-end processing
- Issue Records of Employment as required
- Maintain accurate records of new hires and terminations
- Address payroll related queries and requests from employees
- Create required internal payroll management reports
- Assess current processes and recommend system and process improvements
