About Our Client

Our client is sourcing a Senior Payroll Administrator for a 14-month contract.

About the Opportunity

  • Process bi-weekly payroll for employees ensuring all checks and balances are completed
  • Review deductions to ensure accuracy and remittances are made as scheduled
  • Calculate overtime and General Holiday pay
  • Audit system time entries and timecard corrections for accuracy before posting
  • Compile payroll data such as garnishments, benefits, vacation time, sick pay, insurance, and other deductions
  • Assist with year-end processing
  • Issue Records of Employment as required
  • Maintain accurate records of new hires and terminations
  • Address payroll related queries and requests from employees
  • Create required internal payroll management reports
  • Assess current processes and recommend system and process improvements
