Job Title: Senior Payroll Analyst
Location: Galway – Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote
About the Role
As an L2 Payroll Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and ensuring accurate, timely payroll execution across multiple international regions, specifically Germany, Ireland, the UK, China, Hong Kong, and India. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with country-specific payroll laws and internal policies.
What You'll Do:
+ Process and review monthly payrolls for assigned countries (Germany, Ireland, UK, China, Hong Kong, and India) in partnership with third-party payroll providers.
+ Ensure accurate calculation of wages, taxes, deductions, and benefits in compliance with local labor laws and statutory requirements.
+ Perform pre- and post-payroll audits to ensure integrity of data and reconcile payroll reports to general ledger.
