Senior Payroll & HRIS Specialist

Position Overview

Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Leader/HR Director, the Senior Payroll & HRIS Specialist is responsible for overseeing full-cycle payroll operations and maintaining HRIS systems to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient people processes across the organization. The role plays a critical part in managing complex payroll requirements, including expatriate and off‑cycle payrolls, while leading HRIS enhancements, automation initiatives, and data integrity efforts.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, technically strong, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment, bringing a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, vendors, and global stakeholders.
