Senior Payroll Officer

Etalentum is looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist with a high level of English and Spanish for a major multinational IT company in its new offices in Valencia. This on-site position involves ensuring full compliance with Spanish labor and tax legislation. It also includes overseeing all payroll management processes to guarantee that employee payments are made accurately, on time, and in accordance with current local regulations.

• Comprehensively manage the payroll process for all employees.
• Ensuring compliance with current regulations on tax, social security and labour legislation.
• Correctly apply special tax regimes, such as those for non-residents or expatriates.
• To Register employees with the Social Security and the Tax Agency.
