Senior Payroll Processor

Job Summary

The Senior Payroll Processor position reports to Payroll Supervisor and interfaces with HR, Payroll Change Control, Payroll Compliance team within payroll, other accounting groups within shared services environment and project/location-based customers. Therefore, the position requires good communication and inter-personal skills. The position is responsible for managing end-to-end daily activities associated with timely and accurate processing of US Non-Manual Payroll using the enterprise SAP/other payroll tools and system working very closely with the payroll processors.

Candidate will be responsible resolving payroll processor / employee queries, preparing various ad-hoc reports and matrix reports of the process. The position requires auditing and validating employee payroll data such as tax withholding set up, various allowances, benefit payments and deductions, processing of time records, pension and insurance plan information in SAP.
