About this role

We're looking for a skilled payroll professional to join our team in Madrid. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery for Spain and Portugal.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with external payroll providers, support employees and business stakeholders with expert guidance, and drive process improvements across Iberia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing for Spain and Portugal


• Validating payroll inputs (hires, terminations, changes) and reconciling outputs from external providers


• Serving as the primary point of contact for external vendors monitoring service quality


• E nsuring compliance with labor law tax regulations internal controls supporting audits as needed
