Senior Payroll Specialist - 12 Months Fixed Term Contract

The Senior Payroll Specialist is an experienced hands‑on payroll professional to execute and support payroll processes for Poland (primary) and France (secondary), and to provide ad hoc support for other European payrolls. This role focuses on accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing, issue resolution, reconciliations and strong operational documentation while partnering with local payroll vendors, external providers and cross‑functional teams. This is a twelve months fixed term contract.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee end‑to‑end Poland payroll runs ensuring accuracy and timely delivery; provide direct support or validation for France payroll runs as required.
  • Manage pre‑payroll validations, data cleansing and exception handling to minimize rework for Poland and France payroll cycles together with TCS.
