The incumbent of this position will be part of the HR Admin team. The department is mainly responsible for tasks related to the employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, hiring, payroll calculation, and benefits management. The HR Associate will prepare salary payrolls for Werfen Iberia companies in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities

On-boarding

  • Coordinate the onboarding process
  • Notify Social Security and INEM of new employees
  • Maintain movement templates in various databases
  • Address employee queries regarding processes, policies, and tools

Working Life

  • Update employee data in the database
  • Manage accidents, maternity/paternity/illness leaves
  • Handle administration related to employee benefits
  • Control payroll inputs and outputs monthly
