Experience & Skills

  • 6+ years of strong end-to-end payroll processing experience , including multiple EMEA countries .
  • Hands-on expertise with HCM and CRM tools :
  • Preferred: Workday (including Workday connectors such as PECI, PICOF ), ServiceNow
  • Additional experience: SAP, PeopleSoft
  • Exposure to SOX-compliant environments and strict payroll controls.
  • Proven ability to manage complex payrolls independently , especially during peak cycles .
  • Highly adaptable, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and process evolution.
