Senior Payroll Specialist Spain

Barcelona - Spain (3 days working from the office and 2 days working from home)

Join our multifaceted and agile environment as a Senior Payroll Specialist. You will be responsible for coordinating payrolls for Alexion and AZ entities for Spain, working closely with external providers. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to maintaining and developing accurate and efficient payroll processes in compliance with Spanish labour laws. You will also support year-end payroll closures and payroll audit coordination.

As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will process monthly payrolls according to the payroll cycle, prepare and provide monthly payroll instructions to external payroll providers, monitor results, and validate accuracy.
