The Position
As the Payroll Systems SME, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering system changes for upcoming legislative requirements. Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external vendors, you’ll ensure the payroll system is accurate, compliant and running at peak efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead payroll system configuration, testing and validation activities. Support legislative changes, including system updates, workflows and controls. Analyse payroll data to identify risks, gaps and improvement opportunities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver upgrades and troubleshoot issues.
